Refund & Cancellation Policy

GymPilot is a subscription-based SaaS product for gym management.

Subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. Once a subscription is activated, refunds are generally not provided.

In case of duplicate payment or technical errors, users may contact us within 7 days for resolution.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
