Account & Data Deletion Policy

Effective Date: March 01, 2026

This policy outlines the procedures for requesting the deletion of your account and associated personal data from GymPilot.

1. How to Request Deletion

In-App: Navigate to Settings > Legal & Privacy and click "Request Account Deletion."
Email: Send a request to privacy@aiyalgroups.com with your registered phone number and gym name.

Upon verification, your account will be deactivated immediately. Data is permanently deleted from active systems within 30 days.

Important: Account deletion permanently cancels any active subscription and cannot be reversed.

While personal data is erased, financial records (invoices, GST logs) are retained for statutory compliance as per Indian law (up to 8 years).

Users may request a data export prior to deletion by contacting our support team.
